### **Season 1 – Kicking Off from WAX** #### **PXJ Token & Liquidity** * **PXJ Token Launch**: Our PXJ token debuted on the WAX blockchain, with liquidity pools set up on **Alcor and TacoSwap**. * **Liquidity Pool Rewards**: **20-25%** of the Season 1 PXJ allocation was committed to LP staking rewards on **Alcor, TacoSwap, and Pepperstake**. #### **Community Growth & Partnerships** * Focused on **building partnerships, hosting events, and expanding our community** to create a strong, engaged ecosystem. #### **PFP Collection & Pixel Recycling** * **Pixals PFP Collection**: Launched a **10,000 PFP collection** in early 2024, opening up optional economy paths in Pixel Journey. * **Pixel Recycling**: Up to **80% of Pixals can be burned** to release PixelPacks, which can be blended into new collectibles using **NeftyBlocks blends** and **NFThive crafts**. #### **Upgrading & Staking** * **Pixel Upgrading & Combining**: Blending contracts allow **pixel upgrades and advanced collectible crafting**. * **Airdrops & Collectibles**: **Randomized pet and rock airdrops** based on PFP traits. Pixel crafters also get opportunities to acquire unique collectibles. * **Collectibles Staking**: PXJ token staking mechanics for collectibles, with up to **20% of Season 1’s PXJ allocation dedicated to NFT rewards** (governed by WaxRocks/PixelDAO). #### **Governance & Community Involvement** * **WaxRocks Council Formation**: A **community advisory board** of a few hundred members, helping shape key project decisions via voting. #### **Milestone Events & Expansion** * **Next Drop/Blending Event**: A **Season 1 finale event** featuring a **decorative collectible blend**, requiring a PFP, individual pixels, and PXJ for crafting. * **dApp Utility & Upgrade** (Spring-Summer 2025): Reveal of a **dApp upgrade path** connecting **Season 1 assets** and laying the foundation for future expansion. * **Season 2 & Multi-Chain Growth** (Mid-2025): **New PFP traits**, launching for Pixel Journey’s **2-year anniversary**, alongside expanded **Polygon/Ethereum integrations**. Our journey is designed with **meticulous project mechanics** to ensure sustainability, proper burn/faucet balance, and long-term success.
