# Bridges to Polygon, BASE, ETH and beyond

Certain series and collectibles from the Pixel Journey (including Pixals) are bridgeable to other NFT-enabled blockchains via the MyCloudWallet Bridge.

This means your assets can move beyond WAX while retaining their utility and history. Bridging opens access to different markets, ecosystems, and features on each chain — a powerful real-world lesson in Web3 interoperability.

We have already bridged to:

* **Polygon** (view on OpenSea)
* **Ethereum** (view on OpenSea)
* **Base** (view on OpenSea)
* **BNB Chain** (view on Monbase)

All via the [MyCloudWallet Bridge](https://github.com/pixel-journey/gitbook-docs/blob/main/introduction/wax-ecosystem-guides/cloud-wallet-bridge/README.md).

Future phases will continue expanding bridging options as new opportunities arise. Mechanics from previous chains (like recycling on WAX) generally remain available even as we explore new ecosystems.

### Why Bridging Matters for Your Pixel Journey

Bridging is one of the most important skills in modern Web3. It teaches you about cross-chain interoperability, asset portability, different ecosystem strengths, and how to navigate multiple blockchains safely. By bridging your Pixals and collectibles, you’re not just moving assets — you’re expanding your understanding of the full Web3 multiverse. This directly prepares you for the multi-chain future powered by PxPackages and the comprehensive educational experiences in our standalone PxLearn Portal.

### What You'll Learn Through Bridging

* **Cross-Chain Mechanics**: How assets retain utility and history across different blockchains.
* **Ecosystem Comparison**: Strengths of WAX (NFTs, low fees) vs. Polygon/Ethereum (broader markets, DeFi depth).
* **Risk Management**: Safe bridging practices, timing, and wallet management.
* **Strategic Participation**: How to maximize value by accessing different marketplaces and communities.
* **Foundation for Multi-Chain Future**: Direct experience that will power future PxPackages dApps and explorations.

### Pixel Journey Tips for Bridging

* **Start Simple**: Bridge a small number of assets first to understand the process and fees.
* **Use Official Tools**: Always use the MyCloudWallet Bridge or verified methods to minimize risk.
* **Plan Your Timing**: Check snapshot schedules (e.g., for airdrops) before bridging out of WAX.
* **Explore New Markets**: Once bridged, discover OpenSea and other platforms for trading and visibility.
* **Stay Informed**: Follow Discord and X for bridge-related events, new chain support, and tips from the community.
* **Think Long-Term**: Bridged assets remain part of your Pixel Journey collection and will integrate with future PxPackages-powered features.
* **Document Your Experience**: Note what you learn — bridging knowledge is highly transferable and valuable for the PxLearn community.

Bridging is a beautiful extension of our flexible, milestone-driven journey. It allows us to carry the spirit of WAX (our strong foundation since 2023) into the wider Web3 world while building the most educational and pixel-perfect adventure possible.

Over 1050 days strong — and the bridges ahead are full of exciting new pixels! 🚀🛸

*Part of our mission to make every individual section Px Perfect, meaningful, and maximally helpful.*
