EVM Chains
Last updated
MetaMask and Rabby are the primary recommendations for EVM chains. They offer broad compatibility, hardware support, and excellent transaction simulation features.
MetaMask β The most widely used EVM wallet. Excellent network switching and hardware support.
Rabby Wallet β Strong modern alternative with superior security features, transaction simulation, and multi-chain management.
Coinbase Wallet, Phantom (EVM mode), etc.
Hardware wallets (Ledger) strongly recommended for larger holdings.
Install MetaMask or Rabby.
Add the desired network (e.g., Base Chain ID 8453).
Import or create an account.
Bridge a small amount of ETH/tokens for testing.
Enable hardware wallet integration if desired.
Start with small test transactions.
Always read transaction details before confirming.
Use hardware wallets for significant assets.
Regularly review and revoke approvals.
Never share seed phrases or private keys.
Verify all dApps and contracts through official explorers (e.g., basescan.org, polygonscan.com).
EVM wallets allow you to manage accounts on Base, Polygon, Ethereum, and more alongside your WAX Anchor setup. This makes it easy to experiment on EVM chains while keeping your core Pixel Journey collections and capital on WAX. Skills transfer directly and will become even more valuable with future PxPortals.
Start small. Use reputable wallets + hardware where possible. Keep primary focus on Pixel Journey.
